Jr Web Interactive Project Manager

TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, is seeking a Jr Web-Interactive Project Manager in Atlanta, GA.

The selected individual will be responsible for the implementation of multiple TMP clients’ online advertising campaigns. The Digital Campaign Specialist takes ownership of the clients campaign from initial campaign setup to completion and beyond, while providing support and making recommendations throughout the life of the campaign. Will also provide troubleshooting support and correct problems with campaigns.

Responsibilities:

* Implement online media campaigns for clients through the agency’s third party ad server and proprietary systems in a timely manner
* Provide analysis of online advertising campaigns, highlighting campaign strengths and weaknesses, performance, etc. including recommendations on optimization for campaigns in progress, maximizing media effectiveness and return on investment
* Analyze results and generate status reports
* Provide technical expertise to identify and resolve any issues with campaign tracking and/or reporting
* Assist with enhancements and testing of proprietary systems
* Ensure all launched campaigns continue to serve correctly
* Maintain and build relationships with outside vendors, including but not limited to applicant tracking systems, 3rd party ad serving vendors and media vendors as well as TMP team members
* Troubleshoot technical issues, including malfunctioning tags, ad creative, click-through URLs, and landing pages, etc.

Skills/Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree
* 2-3 years of internet advertising experience with strong knowledge of internet, search marketing and online advertising
* Knowledge of basic html editing; familiarity with Flash, JavaScript code and/or 3rd party ad tags.
* Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a high level of commitment and follow through
* Strong Microsoft office skills especially Microsoft Excel
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in an fast-paced, ever changing environment
* Experience with 3rd party ad servers such as Doubleclick/DFA or MediaMind/Eyeblaster a plus
* Media planning background a plus
