This highly analytical, PC literate, and personable candidate will gain meaningful exposure to TMP’s executive management team and have the opportunity to take an active role in the corporate decision making process.<br/><br/>As a Financial Analyst you will be primarily involved with i. illuminating business performance implied by financial/quantitative metrics and ad-hoc data analyses and ii. helping establish new, actionable, operating metrics and reports.  These core objectives will be met by executing various financial/data analyses and reporting activities at both the business unit and corporate levels.<br/><br/>This successful candidate needs to display strong data analysis skills utilizing Microsoft Excel and Access. This technical skill-set should be complemented by the ability to draw insightful inferences from large amounts of transactional data and the ability to intelligibly communicate findings in both written and verbal form.
