As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all projects’ lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and completion. This may include managing product implementation, internal paperwork to source and open jobs, appropriate assignment of resources, on-going communication with all parties, etc.
Key responsibilities include:
· Bringing structure, consistency and organization to multi-faceted projects
· Supporting the Account Director to develop and execute strategic plans
· Assisting in managing client budgets
· Generating all client reports and reporting any trends
· Acting as a liaison with clients on a tactical level to gather assets for projects, gain approvals, etc.
· Preparing written documentation to deliver to team members and clients when necessary, including timelines, meeting agendas, conference reports, etc.
· Ad placement activity, as needed
· Working with internal resources to assign tasks, follow up on deadlines, etc.
· Using Microsoft Office and Beacon to manage projects and timelines
· Other activities, as need
Skills/Requirements
Requirements:
· A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
· Three to five years’ experience in project management or advertising
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational, follow-through and multitasking skills
· The ability to project the desired outcome of a variety of projects with regards to timelines and quality
· Knowledge of interactive marketing desirable
· Human Resources or organizational development background a plus
