Quality Assurance\QA Engineer

It’s a great time to join TMP – we’re seeking a Quality Assurance/QA Engineer.

As a Quality Assurance/QA Engineer, you will manage and participate in the design and execution of test programs for different web-based applications.

TMP Worldwide is a high-tech development shop disguised as an advertising agency. We consistently work in the latest technologies providing our clients with first class web solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Identifying, investigating, and prioritizing bugs
* Assessing product functionality and usability
* Creating and executing testing plans at the interface level
* Designing and building a QA testing solution for large-scale and small-scale projects
* Creating, analyzing and reviewing test plans and maintaining system configurations used in testing
* Working with project managers and software engineers to ensure quality control

Skills/Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree
* 3-6 years experience in software and Web Application testing and exposure to using manual and automated testing tools
* Hands on experience with AutomatedQA TestComplete and ability to write scripts for backend Database testing using TestComplete.
* Experience with Selenium a plus
* Experience configuring and testing in virtual environments (such as VMWare)
* Experience with XML and web services/SOA/SOAP and related testing tools is a plus
* Strong Understanding of Windows Server and Windows Desktop Operating Systems
* Experience with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server 2005
* Working in an Agile environment a plus
* Familiarity with the .NET programming environment, C# programming language and source control applications, preferably Perforce
* Solid interpersonal communication skills
